Orders placed on this website are shipped by Maior Group S.r.l., the seller. What follows supplements, and does not replace, clause 10 of the Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern the contract in full.
Carriers and delivery times
- Mainland Italy — SDA. Stated delivery time 1-3 working days.
- Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia — SDA. Stated delivery time 2-4 working days.
- Other countries — UPS. Stated delivery time 2-6 working days.
These times run from the moment the carrier collects the parcel, not from the moment you place the order, and are estimates: they do not cover delays caused by the carrier, by customs procedures or by force majeure. In any event delivery takes place within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract, as required by law.
Orders are prepared on working days. An order placed at the weekend or on a public holiday enters processing on the first following working day.
How much shipping costs
The cost depends on two factors only: the total weight of the order and the destination zone. It is calculated automatically and shown in the cart, before you confirm the order: the amount you see is final, VAT included, and nothing further is charged on delivery. The only exception is customs duties, payable by the recipient in those countries where they apply.
Some examples, for a parcel up to 1 kg:
- Mainland Italy — €8.48
- Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia — €9.34
- Germany — €22.19
These figures are indicative: the exact rate for your order always appears in the cart.
Free shipping is not available, whatever the order value, and collection in store is not available.
Where we ship
We ship to Italy and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
These are the only countries selectable in the address form during checkout. We do not ship anywhere else and we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Weight limits
- Italy: up to 100 kg per order.
- Other countries: up to 25 kg per order.
Above these thresholds the site offers no carrier and the order cannot be completed. Please split your purchase into separate orders or write to store@maior-group.com.
On delivery
Check the packaging before signing. If the parcel is damaged, opened or tampered with, accept it with a written reservation on the carrier's document — signing without one makes any later claim considerably harder — and tell us within a few days at store@maior-group.com, quoting your order number and attaching photographs.
If nobody is present at delivery, the carrier leaves a notice and re-attempts according to its own procedures.
